is there a reason why i can't submit anything? 
That's pretty strange. Every time I try to fix that problem, it doesn't fix. But try to submit it again.
i still can't... the problem is is that there's no button to "contribute to this folder"
Then try to submit it in the other folders. I think the founder can fix the problem of allowing to submit it on featured so I'll talk to her about it.
